PulseLoop Health is a health and wellness app intended for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any medical concerns.

Using this app does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and PulseLoop LLC or any of its affiliates.

The recommendations provided are based on publicly available clinical guidelines (CDC, USPSTF, WHO, etc.) and are not created by, and are not intended to replace, healthcare professionals licensed to practice in your country or region.

Medical screening guidelines may differ in your region. Always consult with healthcare providers licensed in your jurisdiction.

🔞 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you may only use this app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

💳 Subscription & Payment

Access to the full app requires a paid subscription ($4.99/month in the US; prices may vary by region). New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. PulseLoop LLC does not store your payment information.

🤖 AI Health Assistant

By using the AI Health Assistant feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Do NOT make any medical decisions based solely on AI responses.
• Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
• The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. By using this feature, you agree to Anthropic's usage policies.
• Images shared in the AI Health Assistant are not stored by PulseLoop LLC. They are transmitted directly to Anthropic's servers solely to generate a response and discarded immediately afterward.
• Usage is limited to 20 messages per day per user. The daily limit resets at midnight. This limit is subject to change.

PulseLoop LLC is not liable for any actions taken, decisions made, or harm resulting from reliance on AI Health Assistant responses.

🩺 Clinical Decision Support Tools

The app includes a "Clinical Tools" section featuring clinical scoring calculators (e.g., HEART, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, MELD, CURB-65, ACR/EULAR classification criteria), DSM-5 criteria reference checkers, and a differential diagnosis reference bank organized by symptom, sign, or condition. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• These tools are intended as reference aids for healthcare professionals, medical students, and trainees. They are NOT intended for use by patients to self-diagnose or self-treat.
• Outputs are based on published classification, screening, or scoring criteria from peer-reviewed sources and professional medical societies. Classification criteria are NOT diagnostic criteria; scoring tools are decision-support aids, not diagnostic instruments.
• Differential diagnosis lists are educational reference material summarizing common and notable causes for a given presentation. They are NOT exhaustive, NOT ranked by probability for any individual patient, and do NOT replace history, physical examination, or appropriate diagnostic workup.
• These tools do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• Clinical judgment by a qualified, licensed healthcare professional is required for any diagnostic or treatment decision. Do NOT make clinical decisions based solely on tool output.
• Content may contain errors, omissions, outdated thresholds, or differ from the most current guideline revisions. Always verify against the primary source and your local clinical guidelines before applying to patient care.

PulseLoop LLC is not liable for any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or harm resulting from use of, or reliance on, these tools.

🔔 Reminders & Notifications

Reminder features require an active internet connection to function. Reminders are delivered via push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging and may be delayed, blocked, or not delivered due to factors outside our control including device settings, connectivity issues, or operating system restrictions.

We strongly recommend maintaining backup reminder systems such as phone alarms, pill organizers, or caregiver assistance for critical medical needs.

👤 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete health information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Consulting healthcare professionals for medical decisions

🚨 Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or having thoughts of suicide, contact your local crisis helpline. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
