Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you using the "Download My Data" feature in Settings.
  • Correction: You may update your profile information directly within the application.
  • Deletion: You may delete your account and associated data using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings.
  • Opt-out of Communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications by adjusting your notification settings.

PulseLoop IQ is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
